Buddy was a stray, and here you can see the big bump over his eye where he was apparently shot by a bee-bee gun and the bee bee is still in there. At this point, that area was infected and swollen, but it healed up with antibiotics. The veterinarian doesn't seem to be concerned about it staying in there...but the next time he has some surgery, that thing is coming out, as long as removing it doesn't cause a problem.
